You would normally get these from your r/c dealer try  http://www.rossmod.co.uk/parts/car-parts/mcd-racing/v4-shock-absorber-system.html (http://www.rossmod.co.uk/parts/car-parts/mcd-racing/v4-shock-absorber-system.html)  .   :)

Thanks Mike, it doesn't list them on the RRV4 parts locator and that's why I put a call out. Are there any beneficial difference

between the Front Shock Shaft Q5x76mm 050502S0 and MCD Front/Rear Shock Shaft Q5x86mm 050602S0?

050502S0 are for the shorter V2 front shocks only, ie you can not use them on the longer rear shocks.

050602S0 are for the longer V2 rear shocks, these will only fit correctly on the long rear shocks.  However, the long rear shocks can be used on the front with the long front towers 100102P0 Front Long Shock Tower Inner Outer Set. (optional)

Hope that helps.

How can I tell which one's I have, as it hasn't been modified at all and pretty much standard.

Well firstly, do you have 4 shocks that are all the same length...  or 2 short and 2 long.

All the same length, also i see that there's a
Q5x79mm, Q5x74.50mm (sport) and a Q5x76mm 07/2010. So i'm confussed now!!

Don't worry about any of them as they're ALL front shafts.

If all your shocks are the same length, then you must be running the rear shocks all round.... but are they V1 or V2.

For V1 shocks you will require... 050600S0 Rear Shock Shaft Q5x89mm

and

For V2 shocks you will require... 050602S0 Rear Shock Shaft Q5x86mm 07/2010

Unless you have sport shocks which will require these.... 050601S0 Rear Shock Shaft Q5x84mm (sport)

So there's only really three rear shock shafts, as i listed above.

I think, as Bernie said, a picture would be a good idea, because we need to confirm if you have V1 or V2 shocks ??

Got some pictures from Jahbless, hope we can sort this out.

Problem... i'm now confused.... from the pictures it looks that you have the short towers, so from my understanding you should have short shocks on the front not long...

so are you sure that all the 4 shocks are the same length ??

Might be a good idea to remove a good shock from both the front and rear to compare the length.

Oh and definitely V2 shocks.
