Order Problem *sorted Now*
« on: March 27, 2014, 02:56:06 AM »
Hi,

I'd like to have a response to a matter regarding my order. More specifically there
was one item missing which i've paid for and i'd like to have it.
I've sent couple of emails but for some reason you haven't replied to them at all.

I might just have to do that. It's just that i'm not so comfortable talking over phone and
trying to explain myself. My spoken english it not so good.
That's why i'd prefer to handle this matter by email.

According to their website they've part at stock and it was listed on packing list with other parts that came.
It just wasn't inside that parcel.

Refund or resend and a reply, please.

I have had problems myself with sending them emails and it taking weeks to get a reply, even ofter ending repeated emails. Not sure what's the go with them, i can only guess that they must get a lot of spammers sending them time wasting emails... and mine just seem to get missed.

But, yeah as already recommended i'd get in contact with them by phone.

Just an update...

Called to Rossmod today. They were helpful, patient and talked slow enough
so that i could understand :)

Replacement part is on its way and everything is good now.
